A new podcast network in the wellbeing
space is an instant hit.
The Wellness Couch is a health and wellness podcast
network streaming four shows. It's the latest offering
from The Wellness Guys, which is a weekly podcast show hosted by Perth-based chiropractor Dr
Laurence Tham, Melbourne-based chiropractor and naturopath Dr Damian Kristof and Adelaide-
based chiropractor Dr Brett Hill.
In order to meet the demand for more up-to-date information on health, wellness, exercise,
eating and lifestyle, they have recruited national and international experts to host and take part in
three new shows, with plans for more underway.
In the first week of the website launching in December 2012, all four shows ranked within
iTunes 'Australia's Top 5 Health Podcasts'. In their ranking order, they are:
#1 Up For A Chat -- a show on health, wellbeing, relationships and mindset
#3 The Wellness Guys -- the flagship program about wellness
#4 Inside the Champion's Mind -- a show dedicated to overcoming one's mediocrity
